Maintain the product catalog with the latest information, including images, descriptions, pricing, and stock availability. Ensure all products meet Flipkart's guidelines and category requirements. Sales and Order Management: Monitor sales performance and optimize product visibility to increase sales. Handle customer orders, track fulfillment, and ensure timely delivery. Work with logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and minimize delays. Customer Interaction and Support: Respond to customer inquiries related to product details, order status, returns, and exchanges. Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Marketing and Promotions: Work closely with cross-functional teams like marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure alignment and smooth operations. Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to resolve any issues related to product delivery or quality. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: 3 years EXPERIENCE WITH - AMAZON / Flipkart Or Alibaba account management is must 2 years of experience in e-commerce or retail operations, preferably with Flipkart or other online marketplaces. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. Proficiency in MS Excel or other data analysis tools. Basic understanding of online sales platforms, SEO, and digital marketing strategies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Work Environment: Full-time office- BASED in Jhotwara Jaipur ; NO Work from Home
